Lab Content require updates on Latest Dataproc supported Machine Types. N1-Standard-1 machine type is not supported in dataprod anymore(not available in UI). Needed to hack it through gcloud cli.

Good, except I wasn't able to choose n1-standard-1 for the machine type for the master or the workers. I had to use a custom machine type with 1 CPU and 3.75 GB memory to match n1-standard-1.

Several things do not work or work badly: - progress check does not recognize anything, not even the creation of storage bucket - vm type with 1 vcpu is not available -> there's no way to make the job fail, as desired in lab - once a job has been executed the wrong way (i started job nr 4 before update of cluster to 4 workers was finished), there's no way to restart the same job. Even deleting and creating the job with same name does not work. Not sure if this affects the progress check. This is the only left item of the coursera course "Preparing for the Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer " and cannot be finished. Consequently, the course cannot be finished, which is very dissatisfying.

My previous attempt was squandered because of issues in the data lab. This attempt should be considered legit, as no issue occurred with the data lab.

The job mjtelco-test-2 got hung, wasting the important time. Had to redo the exercise in the remaining time, but couldn't name the job again with same mjtelco-test-2 so had to create mjtelco-test-22 job. Similarly mjtelco-test-1 had to be redone with name mjtelco-test-11. But not sure if these new jobs with different name will be considered in scoring. This will lead to wasting my final attempt on the exam. Please check this & give a solution.
