The lab is poorly designed. Task 6 asks to upgrade master node to n1-standard-4 which is impossible to do after the creation of the cluster. When I recreate the cluster with the new configs for the master node and run the job (while giving it the name as stated in the lab) it is not picked correctly to be reflected in the progress. So, technically lab is impossible to accomplish.

Even though the fixed query worked (in two ways, both by changing the vm type for the cluster, and then deleting and recreating it with a 4 core master), it refused to give me points for the fixed query. I searched to see if i was doing anything wrong and others passed with the exact same solution. Something is broken with the grading!
