Took 10 minutes to create a dataproc cluster that was never created, then took another 5+ minutes to try to delete the cluster to start over. Except it would never delete either. Cancelled just to try again.

Not enough resource info about wether its possible to upgrade a cluster machine type without stopping and re-creating it.
