Problem with Task 5. The job doesn't fail.

The requirement of specific job ids is quite frustrating. The moment that you make an error (ex. run without input argument/wrong input argument), you cannot rerun the query. Dataproc simply does not accept a rerun with the same job-id even after deleting a specific job (deleting metadata does not help)
