don't understand why the cloud storage bucket step always fail me, I could get all the rest steps works without issue, and the bucket does have the right name.

If we changed the cluster to regional, the score will not get updated. POOR Lab Design... The solution should be Regional to save cost anyway as there is no multi-regional requirement.
