Dataproc got stuck starting the third job and the job was not deletable/stoppable. I had to end the lab unsuccessful in completing it even though I have the ability to complete it. Might be a bug in the python code that causes this but I have no clue why this happened. I had to redo the lab, it worked as intended the second time.
