Requested 12.0, available 0.0. - This request exceeds CPU quota. Some things to try: request fewer workers (a minimum of 2 is required), use smaller master and/or worker machine types (such as n1-standard-2)."

Going through 2 to 4 workers created error "task was not acquired". I tried to look into all the VM instances that it was set to 4 workers, but couldnt find anything that looked wrong. I had to delete the whole cluster and re-create it to scale it to 4 workers.
