I think this lab should add step about "Create the vm instance for task 1"

Started the lab. Got to the step where I need to "find the external IP address of the bastion-vm VM instance" - and there is no VM. It was not created in the lab environment. :/ Tried again - same issue. "Changes" project and listed vm's in shell - 0 items.
