1. restart instead of start postgres@vm at task2. 2. cloud sql cant create at us-east1-f (the last at this time, and my second run with us-east-1-b works) 3. It's unable to connect from cloud shell to postgres@vm because pg_hba.conf doesn't allow from cloud shell. 4. I can't pass task 4. though the records in both postgres are all updated.
