can't complete the task of confirming the data in cloud sql

- In 'Create the destination instance' -> '3. For Database version, select Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL 13'. Version 13 can't be chosen. It is greyed-out in the drop-down list, with a message saying that it's available only in the enterprise. Only versions 14 and 15 are available to choose from. So I chose version 14. - In 'Create the destination instance' -> '8. For Machine type. check 1 vCPU, 3.75 GB'. Actually the lowest available spec is 2 vCPU, 16 GB. So I chose this 2 vCPU, 16 GB machine. Then I clicked 'Create & Continue' and a few minutes later the lab was cancelled with a message that I wasn't following the instructions, and that my account would be cancelled if I did that again. Problem is that it is impossible to follow the instructions, as I explained above.
