The requested environment isn't available. you can't create a postgres 13 instance only 15 with more CPUs which results in a warning that you are not following the LAB. That is sh.....

The documentation does not specify if we have to take Enterprise or Enterprise plus option. If you take the default enterprise plus (HA) option, your session is stopped as you are not respecting the google guidelines. This is not correct as it said you have to take by default all the default options, unless otherwise specified.
