I am unable to connect to psql due to the below error psql: error: connection to server on socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432" failed: No such file or directory Is the server running locally and accepting connections on that socket?

lab doesn't tell you to change sql version to enterprise to set smaller machine and version; missing step with create a migration job at the end - should i click create job? or create & start job? we come back to this step but in the meantime we are not told to leave it as is.
