Lab is broken. Instructions are incorrect. They want you to execute commands against the imaginary instance called "postgres-cloudsql" which does not exist. "vm-cloudsql," which the instructions leading up to that point have you create, does exist, does work, can be tested, and successfully promoted. But the instructions are just wrong it seems.
