the vm have issue Waiting for cache lock: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock-frontend. way too slow even after retry defeating the purpose of learning as mostly need to wait instead of learning the lab

when creating the migration job it always takes too long to save and in the end i will receive warning stating that i am doing something that is not in the instruction
