1. somewhere in the guide requires restarting postgres, but provides the command `systemctl start postgres`, it should be restart 2. there is an optional task than modifies the pg_hba.conf to allow only vpc-peering connection. But after creating the migration job, there is a task that manually inserts data into the database. This will be blocked by pg_hba.conf
