The availability of zones avoid me from successfully complete the lab in the first try, applying all configurations as teached. I tried 4 times until I have a region with availabity (west us).

Unable to complete Task 3 due to ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED errors across all us-east1 zones (us-east1-b, us-east1-c, us-east1-d). The Dataflow job could not start any workers despite multiple retry attempts. Attempting to use an alternative region (us-central1) resulted in a constraints/gcp.resourceLocations violation, meaning the lab project is locked to us-east1 only. This is a platform-side capacity issue that is outside the student's control. The lab timer expired before resources became available. Suggestion: Consider allowing additional regions in the project constraints as a fallback, or add a retry/extend time option when GCP zone resources are exhausted. This would prevent students from losing lab credit due to infrastructure availability issues.
