Dataflow: Qwik Start - Python Reviews

This so far is the worst lab. The descriptions about where to put in the commands are vague at best - especially for a new user of GCP. The last command errors out consistently, making it impossible to complete the lab in any meaningful way. In fact, the author didn't even explain where to enter the commands, which is terrible for course materials. That command was "python -m apache_beam.examples.wordcount --project $DEVSHELL_PROJECT_ID --runner DataflowRunner --staging_location $BUCKET/staging --temp_location $BUCKET/temp --output $BUCKET/results/output --region europe-west4"
