It is currently bugged. "Failed to load IAP Services" when selecting the resources to protect. 2 times on diferent hardware. I did it, due to command prompts

No deja avanzar, en el paso de activar el api, despues de introducir el comando gcloud services disable appengineflex.googleapis.com, donde deber salir en boton para activar, el api que se acaba de generar
