The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-04-9a959f75729e/zones/europe-west1-d' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later. Lab is required to do in the specific zone, but that zone doesn't have the required resources. I tried to create the VM in a different zone and got everything working, but the lab didn't accept it, since it only checks for the specific region that is out of resources. Restarting the lab fixed the problem, but set the default zone in the lab to US.
