리뷰 Cloud Run Functions: Qwik Start - 명령줄개

there is a full function step missing from this tutorial on how to set up the package.json. I had to restart 4 times AND then reach out to a developer to understand you had to do "touch package.json" so that step would work. This is JUST HORRIBLE training.
