there is a bug in task4. you should receive an answer "What is your flight booking reference please?" when you ask "Check flight status" in the test section. But when you actually type "Check flight status" for the first time - nothing happens (by some reason bot doesn't proceed to the check flight status page and doesn't get this answer from it). So, TL;DR After you ask "Check flight status" put in the chat "What is your flight booking reference please?" and then proceed with remaining test phases without any issues.
