Not enough capacity in us-west-1 zone to complete the lab. I believe capacity should be reserved for this labs so as to ensure lab completion no matter what

Interesting lab, but the regions and zones chosen poorly, as they had not enough resource to create necessary amount of VMs. Have to redo it by analogy but with different setup :/
