1) You don't need to install traceroute twice on the same VM. 2) The "Reflecting the new tighter policies" comment is in the wrong place, it should be at the end of that series of steps. 3) For delete project step 2, there is no delete project in IAM settings. It is "SHUT DOWN" as described in step 3.
