Several bugs. 1st when attempt creating CloudSQL instance, in next attempts I was even adverted against bad actions (but was following the tutorial), next one I couldn't even create VM instance.

Nicely explained. The Project ID is not taken by default. A user will have to set the variable to the project id and that instruction is not provided in the steps.
