The section that tests your knowledge about dealing with long user silence issues has an answer that specifically stated that it will not trigger. Silence or crackling/popping noises are considered a No-Input condition, not a No-Match condition. The multi-selection answers require you to set No-Match when the question specifically addresses long silences. This is contradicting what you are taught in the lab. No-Match occurs when it gets an answer it doesn't understand which is why it would never trigger on silence.
