Running Distributed TensorFlow using Vertex AI Reviews

Heads up should be given on the time needed to deploy the endpoint. Also the vertex AI image referenced is an old image, endpoint is not listed directly as an option under vertex AI, you have to go to batch-predictions to find the endpoint. Lastly the code failed immediately after model deployment.

instructions did not line up with options in UI. Could not "customize instance" and no exxx options came up for machine type
