[DEPRECATED] Creating Virtual Machines v1.5 Reviews

The 3rd step of creating custom VM has been completed several times, but Check my progress keeps saying that "This step hasn't been completed. Try again". It is probably looking for something that is not specified in the instructions. This needs fixing.
