I could not complete this LAB as it provides an error : HttpError: <HttpError 404 when requesting https://france-aiplatform.googleapis.com/v1beta1/projects/qwiklabs-gcp-04-e3dc4ab4fdcd/locations/france/pipelineJobs?pipelineJobId=hello-world-20240109144616&alt=json returned "Not Found"> It was resolved by selecting region = united states at the begening of the LAB
