the lab is not working properly even after I have changed the region and double checked the region with buckets region it is still not starting the pipeline

There is an error in GCP bucket name that had to be fixed (has a "labconfig" component to the name that is not captured in the code). Also, progress check sections are not able to retrieve the updates properly. The depth of concepts covered in this lesson is quite extensive. Consider adding video explanations
