jq and python3-pip are not installed on the VM provided. I had to install them manually. Please update the GCE image.

had to install jq and pip manually to the ssh console. these should have been added to the server, or instructions for install should have been added to the lab instructions

Couldn't finish. Got an error during step: Extract the form entities. Command was $ cat output.json | jq -r ".document.text" and errored out with message: -bash: jq: command not found
