Need to update : the 'Training on Cloud AI Platform' will fail because the region used is different from where we are allowed to run jobs. Also, to proceed without training, the pre-trained models are not present 'CommandException: One or more URLs matched no objects.' in gs://${BUCKET}/babyweight/trained_model
