The used Python version (3.7) is ancient and has run out of support. The command to start training fails with ERROR: (gcloud.ai-platform.jobs.submit.training) FAILED_PRECONDITION: Constraint `constraints/gcp.resourceLocations` violated for `projects/qwiklabs-gcp-04-7515c88bd99e`: region `us-east1` not allowed.
