Some lines of code did not execute and gave an error on some permission. That the user was not permitted to engage in sql big query access. Due to this, none of the notebooks except the content_rec_by_hand notebook ran. I am quite dissatisfied because not only could i not get hands on exp, i am confused with what went wrong as well.
