the curl command for downloading oracle installer did not work. I had to download the 3 GB file to my laptop, upload to GCS bucket and then copy it into the bastion VM. This wasted a lot of time. Would have been better if the zip was already available in the GCS bucket

facing trouble to download Oracle, download command should be up or need improvement in instruction as it is quite confusing
