90% of the lab was just wrangling oracle. for the download I set up a cloud bucket to hold the download and used that instead of wget

The suggested download method for Oracle 19c doesn't work. I tried different things to download the file in bastion host, but nothing work. Even I tried with the wget option script in the oracle edelivery, but the bastion host doesn't have wget and I couldn't install because the redhat doesn't have a subscription. The only thing that worked was upload the file into the bastion, but this option it so slow, that I decided to abort.
