Labs are timed and thus every minute counts. The Oracle account creation and download is something that should have been part of the video before the actual lab. The whole lab seems so ill-thought. Notebooks API is not even enabled pre-lab and there is no mention of it on the lab walk-through. For new users, ensure that you have a stable connection, visit Oracle, and create a test account or something before starting this lab.
