리뷰 Deploying the Oracle on Bare Metal Solution개

Feels like the guide is very much outdated. The commands and guides proivded do no longer work, and I am only able to complete the guide by pressing assess at the start, seeing what few steps are actually needed and completing those. I am stuck at the installing Oracle step becuase it guide is awfully vague about where you are supposed to run the curl command, and the ssh connection times out when I think I have installed oracle.

Instructions could be a bit more clear. It's not empathized enough that scp should be used from the bastion host, and not from Cloud Shell. Also, the UI used to create a Jupyter notebook in Vertex AI changed a bit.
