Not feeling happy for being pushed to provide private and business data to a 3rd party. If Oracle puts strict constraints, either try to make a deal for educational purposes with them or respect their borders and do not throw the responsibility on us in order to "complete" the lab. the requirement to have an oracle installer should be in pre-requisite before one starts the lab.

this course has unsolved issues with downloading and unziping the orcale database. I have tried this course 6 times, the issue has been unsolved.
