omg/58722 As a result of omg/58584 mitigation, low and very low reputation customers are blocked from creating VMs in 3 regions - us-central1, us-east1, us-east4. These users will get a stockout error, and VM creation will fail. A e2-medium VM instance is currently unavailable in the us-central1-a zone. It doesn't work. The E2 instance type is not created because that instance type is not available and any other instance types selected makes the lab end with a threat that I will be banned.
