Obviously, I followed the same steps as the practice, but I kept doing it because it wasn't. I did the same 3 times or more, but the result was not confirmed. This time the problem arises in another part. I had a query a few days ago that I was successful until the last part of this lab (Creating Databases in Compute Engine), but the progress button was not being pressed. So, I got an email saying that Google had fixed it through testing. But this time a different problem arises. Not only me, but a friend of mine who ran this lab also had the same problem. It occurs in step 14 of Task 2. Create a SQL Server database on Windows.
