Conversational Agents: Bot Building Basics Reviews

Good intro overall. Some of the instructions where not that clear so I wasted some time looking for some of the menus mentioned. It's meant to be a short intro lab leaving out some of the details and reasons why. I'll look at the documentation, or look for a course to learn how to integrate the bot with booking systems, woocommerce, etc.

The simulation did not work correctly despite using the phrases told to enter. The Agent asked if I was traveling with anyone which was not a parameter added and any response broke it agent and could not move forward.
