The educational value of this lab is entirely overshadowed by its incredibly fragile automated grading system. I successfully built the agent, executed the perfect "Happy Path" in the simulator, collected all parameters, and confirmed the booking. The bot worked flawlessly. However, the "Check my progress" button for Task 8 continually failed. You are forced to guess if the grader is failing due to a case-sensitive parameter name, a delayed Cloud Logging sync, or a missing string quote, rather than actually testing if the bot functions. It is infuriating to spend more time reverse-engineering a poorly written regex grading script than actually learning about Conversational Agents. Skip this lab unless you enjoy data entry and pulling your hair out.
