I don't know why but every time I tried to save the Agent responses a came back to see if they were saved correctly and they disappeared

Some of the questions were a bit confusing: Select the agent response that’s best for casually confirming that tickets are booked. They have a casual answer and a more detailed answer which was the correct choice but the question asked for casual response. That should be looked at in my opinion. This is a very powerful tool, I'm excited to learn more about it.

Very good content. I hit a speed bump with a typo in my build, that almost caused me to not finish in 60 minutes, maybe extend the time to 90 minutes.
