Wrong URL given in the instructions and demo video - gs://cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv - won't create the table, on checking further it says bucket not found! So I can't complete this lab. Had to get Qwiklabs help who said omit the gs:// then it worked. Need to update this page. Also, the instructions are much less clear than the other Labs I've done.

Task 2, point 7: For Create table from, choose select Google Cloud Storage, and in the field, type gs://cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv It is wrong, as you should provide the url without "gs://" in the front.
