Conversational Agents: Bot Building Basics Reviews

I was unable to even get past Task 1 for this Lab. During the step called ‘Task 1. Create your agent’, I am able to visit the Dialogflow CX console, but I am not able to select my Cloud Project name b/c it’s not populating from the list. It's like the Project tied to this Lab is not actually being created in the background. This has happened in multiple previous attempts (within different Qwiklab instances) of this same Lab.
