Overall the lab is very good, but at some instances, need more details about the concept like secret, config map, how the webserver is reachable over 127.0.0.1 ip address etc....

This wasn't a great way to present all this new material. A bit too advanced material...that just pretty much went "over my head"...i found myself just copy and pastying the commands in the shell tools without really understanding what i was doing...i ended up getting 20/20 out of the lab...but i honestly have no idea what it was all about.
