Needs to be updated: kubectl run command didn't work. Seems kubectl >1.18 run only creates the pod now. kubectl create deployment command did the trick for me.

In the "quick demo part", the step1 of "run and deploy a container" never created a deployment, so the step 3 didn't work, I add to use "kubectl create deployment" to be able to continue with the other steps

a couple of commands didn't work or were out of date (for example had to run the following to initially create the deployment `kubectl create deployment nginx --image nginx) instead of the `kubectl run...`)
