Virtual Machine Automation and Load Balancing Reviews

Noticed the VM deleted on the 1st half of the lab still appears in the dashboard as heathly and in ready in GUI despite the contrary.

The lab didn't specify that MY_ZONE1 and MY_ZONE2 needed to be in the same region, which messes up the lab later on

Provide option to create instances/networking via cloud shell - I challenged myself to do so from scratch then cloned the command to run 3 times for 3 VMs, would save time and teach more.
