Restrict access with IAP - Check my progress step is unable to check the progress and thus not allowing to complete the lab 100%.

There was a bit of a delay in the assessment of the step enable IAP for the application. Looks like a timing thing but it could not verify that IAP had been enabled even though I checked multiple times. After I completed the lab in its entirety I went back and clicked "check my progress" again and this time it was able to verify the IAP enablement
