This was one of the most interesting labs that I have done yet with GCP via Coursera & Qwiklabs. Very useful and very well-constructed.

would be amazing to have option to use cli to change tags or remove external ip addresses, instead of clicking through the web ui Also before going into running commands, it'd help to depict the setup, so it's clear we are setting up 2 instance groups in two zones under one backend service, because without that it's not immediately obvious what the purpose of commands that are offered in the big picture of things

Frontend configuration for Internal Load Balancer was missing, so no IP address is acquired by the load balancer.
